| Services We Provide What We Do The Mehlville NEA is an advocate for students and employees of the Mehlville School District. The Mehlville NEA has Representatives in every building within the Mehlville School District. They are available on short notice to assist our members in accomplishing their objectives. Through our Professional Rights and Responsibility Committee, the Mehlville NEA protects the employment rights of our members. Mehlville NEA's Public Relations Committee promotes and helps build support for public education through member communications and public relations programs. Mehlville NEA offers a full program of professional development opportunities and resources for Mehlville educators through state conferences, regional workshops and other programs on request through our Instruction and Professional Development Committee. Mehlville NEA's Legislative Action Committee provides a presence in dealing with policies affecting children and public education in the Mehlville School District. We support candidates for office who will vote for children and public education once elected. The Mehlville NEA's Human Relations Committee provides awareness of the culturally diverse environment in which we live. The Mehlville NEA's Professional Negotiation Committee negotiates items of instruction and employment conditions. Mehlville NEA offers a full program of membership categories and benefit opportunities. |
